A-133
This Circular sets forth standards for obtaining consistency and uniformity among Federal agencies for the audit of States, local governments, and non-profit organizations expending Federal awards.
NSF Grant Policy Manual
NSF has published a revised version of the NSF Grant Policy Manual (GPM) effective July 1, 2005. This document supersedes all prior versions of the GPM. This revision implements important changes to NSFs policies and procedures.

NSF General Grant Conditions
This covers topics such as awardee responsibilities, Federal requirements, pre-award costs, no-cost extensions, significant project changes, travel, allowable costs, project reports, final report requirements, and more.

Code of Federal Regulations
The CFR is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. It is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation.
FARS
The Federal Acquisition Regulations System is established for the codification and publication of uniform policies and procedures for acquisition by all executive agencies. The Federal Acquisition Regulations System consists of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), which is the primary document, and agency acquisition regulations that implement or supplement the FAR.
