The contract and procurement group is located in the La Quinta building at 1715
East Second Street. Among its responsibilities, the group oversees:
- Acquisition of materials, equipment and services
- Shipping & Receiving facilities and services
- Visitor and Traveler support for Chilean Facilities
- Chilean employee mail and personal goods support
- International transportation services
- Property Management
- Export and Import support
- Hazardous Materials transportation
- Signature Authority administration
- Travel Policy adminsitration
